8. ATS strongly discourages the independent installation of products by individuals without appropriate
qualifications, as this may result in product malfunctions or safety risks to the user or third parties. ATS
recommends using the services of professionals or companies specializing in installing such products.
9. Due to the specific nature of the products and their intended use by professionals, some products may not
include detailed installation instructions or safety warnings. Professional users with the necessary knowledge
and experience are expected to install and use such products properly, even without additional documentation.
10. ATS notes that the products must be used in accordance with their specifications, technical description, and the
manufacturer's directions (if available) provided on the ATS website, taking into account the specified
conditions and limitations of use, and in a manner consistent with reasonable use as may be required under
typical circumstances. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in product damage or safety risks.

17. In the case that ATS finds, or has reason to suppose based on information in its possession, that a product is a
dangerous product, ATS will immediately:
17.1. notify the manufacturer or importer that the product is dangerous or otherwise non-compliant with the
GPSR;
17.2. take corrective actions necessary to bring the product into compliance, including withdrawing or
recalling it, as appropriate;
17.3. inform the market surveillance authorities of the EU member states where the product was made
available, through the Safety Business Gateway portal
17.4. provide information on risks to consumer health and safety, the number of affected products, and the
corrective measures already taken.
